The recipes we cook, and the love we bake into every moment bonds family and friends.

 

Amid storytelling and laughter, I savored my grandmother's tourtière pie during the Holidays  and Maine Wild Blueberry Pie in the summer.  My goal is to recreate the magic that happens when the best ingredients are baked inside the best buttery crust; where respect for the ingredients allows them to speak for themselves. I bake this philosophy into every pie.
